We will honor a refund only if you received an incorrect item which we cover the shipping costs. You must notify us within 14 days if you received the wrong product. For new & unopened items we accept returns for The items which are returned/exchanged and will be replaced with a new item, in addition to a 15% restocking fee. If the item is used or defective, you must notify us within 14 days after arrival of unit, you're responsible for shipping costs and you have the option for a new replacement or an exchange. Simply ship it back to us for a replacement item. 

We do not accept returns of defective products or unopened products after 14 days.

We do not issue a payment refund for items that have been used.

All orders we fulfill are digital recorded prior to packaging to ensure we fulfill the precise order you purchase from us. In a case where you claim you didn't get an item that we sent, we would have to look back at our video recordings to determine the exact solution for your matter. You CANNOT RETURN an item you simply do not like,, it as to be defective and not working properly for us to fulfill your return.  All orders sent back will be returned to the customer if you do not meet our return policy.   All customers must fill out our return form before sending anything back to the return shipper.  Failure to abide our return policy will result in your item being shipped back to the original buyer.  All customers must make sure they input the correct shipping address when ordering. 

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please allow 14 business days from the date we receive your shipment for the processing of your shipment. BEFORE YOU SHIP PRODUCT(S) BACK, make sure to email us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you must display on the outside of the box. Inside the box, please include either a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice, or a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number, reason for return and RMA number. You must return all accessories and product component parts. Any items sent incomplete or defaced will not be given credit. Please return the product with all the original packaging, if possible, and the uncompleted warranty card and owner's manual (if applicable). For our protection, we respectfully reserve the right to refuse and return to sender any packages that do not display the RMA number. Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is required. We are not responsible for loss or damage of returned items. Please return units only to the return address we provide you, NOT to the address listed on the box. Please allow up to 30 days to recieve your full refund, normally won't take that long. 

For any returns or exchanges, please fill out the Return Form First and we'll be in contact with you very shortly. 

You'll be asked some information about your returns and you must send your item back to this address or you won't recieve the refund or exchange. 

The second step is logging into your account and registering your RMA - Use the RMA form to generate your RMA request. 


 Side Note: Some manufacturers don't allow us to carry inventory and returns are dealt directly with the manufacturer of your device and not us. These manufacturers shipped your item directly from their warehouse stock, we just sold the unit and are not responsible if manufacturer declines to refund your item in the case you used a defective item. Note:  We cannot issue credits on returned merchandise if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.  If an item arrives defective, we exchange the item. Customer pays the return shipping fees for the defective item and we take care of the shipping cost of the replacement item. We do not provide refunds for used items.
